I don't know much about this piece, I acquired a few from the same estate. I purchased these bc I LOVE the frames, and all of the paintings are just beautiful!

19 1/2" tall × 23 1/2" wide canvas, total with frame is 25" tall × 29" wide
I believe the McFarlan is the family name, written by possibly the framing company.
The trend of painting over old paintings was a quick thought at first (painting ghosts or witches, making the leaves orange), I quickly changed my mind because they are so nice and high quality. The framing alone was over $100 each (per tag). I couldn't "ruin" a good thing like that.
