Adorable Japanese Wicker & Bamboo Chicken Basket. Fun Vintage Farmhouse style this chicken opens to an enamel cup in the lower half and the lid inside the upper half. The cup is removable to clean.
Would be so cute as a place for storing eggs on your kitchen countertop, or use as a mug, storage, or simply for decoration.
This piece measures approx 8" tall and 6" front to tail. Great Wicker weave with some bamboo details.
In overall very nice condition for a Vintage piece. There is a small flaw to the 4th section of the comb on the chickens head, though that could easily be touched up.
