Excellent Pre-Owned Used Condition

Birthday cake with presents, numbers, clowns, balloons, and toys. 2 notches in back for hanging. Pull the green balloon at the bottom and to play happy birthday, balloon is attached to string and returns to the plaque when the song is over. Across the piece it has a pink banner that says: “HAPPY BIRTHD.” The phrase is inconmplete because the banner wraps around to the back. Number 1 is a candle on top with a teddy bear. Number 2 is blue with gold stars and a moon/clouds. Number 3 is hearts with a teddy in a party hat. There is no number four. (That’s the way it was made). Number 5 has a clown blowing a horn. Number 6 has a clown with a candy cane. Number 7 has a horn and music notes. Number 8 has balloons. The whole piece has glitter scattered all over. Bottom of piece says Radko.
