This AIZOBAN edition is collected in 7 volumes, each one including 2 of the original 14 tankobon. The size is A5. All the volumes own dust covers, while the inside ones have a sort of metallic and at the touch "fabric" effect.
The volumes keep all the colored pages originally released in the Japanese tankobon (so all the colored introductionary ones for each volumes, more a few special ones released for the first chapters of volume 1 and 2). For the colored pages it was used a smooth paper.
Each volume comes with a special gadget:
A booklet including 24 postcard
2 artbook booklets (A5 size) of 50 pages each one
3 Shikishi about Shinji & Kaworu, Asuka, Rei with illustrations purposefully realized for them
An acrylic stand about the four main children using their pictures from the covers.
