This is a vintage and perfect condition Poising Tool for Balance wheels by LEVIN. The tool includes its original padded box. The Ruby Jaws are flawless and has an incorporated bubble level with adjustable rear feet. It is not possible to find a nicer example of this tool, which is essential for the serious watchmaker. Also available is the companion balance truing tool by Levin with the Jade look handle as well as a parallel Caliper Balance truing tool by Vigora USA company. All these tools look as if they were just made and not from the 50's and 60's. This listing is for just the Levin 3 leg Balance tool.
