What is an acidifier used for? To regulate the PH of the hair, especially after chemical processes! I really like to use it immediately after discoloration, but you can also use it after any chemical -straightening, dyeing, etc- because they all open the hair cuticle so that the active modifier can penetrate. The exception would be some progressives, which close the hair cuticle so much to fix the smooth effect that ends up "embalming" the hair. But even for progressive it is good because it helps to prolong the effect.
Another SUPER advantage of it is to help stop the breakage of that hair that is very elastic or even in the process of chemical cutting. Acidifying is a mandatory item for elastic hair!
