【Tested】Minolta Capios 115S

This camera was purchased as a used item about three years ago from a major nationwide camera store chain.
The last time it was used (for shooting and film development) was around August of last year, and there were no problems with its operation.
I love this camera very much, but my family doesn't understand my growing collection, so I've decided to pass it on to someone who needs it.

In preparation for this listing, I re-checked the operation using my own batteries and a dummy film, and it seems to be working fine for the most part.
When you load the film, it automatically loads to the shooting position, and then you just press the shutter button.
The built-in strobe also works (flashes) properly.
There is a small black spot (stain?) on the LCD display window for the film counter, etc., but there are no problems with the display.
I personally think the optical system (lens) and viewfinder are in pretty good condition.
The zoom operation is also problem-free.

Regarding the exterior, there is some soiling, but there are hardly any scratches, and the battery chamber is clean.
The film chamber is also clean.

The original box is included, although it has some tears, and the instruction manual and other documents are also included.
The genuine case is also clean.
However, the remote control is missing.

Although the basic functions have been confirmed, this is an old camera that was released in 2002, almost a quarter of a century ago.
With this operation check, I have not been able to fully confirm the operation (test the shooting results) by actually taking pictures and developing the film.
Also, I cannot deny that there may be defects due to my oversight, or that the condition may worsen during transportation.
Please consider purchasing only if you understand that this is an "old used camera stored by an individual."
