These were super popular in the mid to late 2000s. It is a family tree, you get the little medallion engraved and put it in the top leaf and then you put pictures of their family all over. Literally had this made for one of my kids, and then never filled it up or used it and the kid has absolutely no interest in having it and I have absolutely no interest in keeping it. So your benefit! You will need to get a new engraved thing and have The other personalization plaque removed. But it is in excellent condition and would make a lovely family tree if you want to take the time and work to get it and fill it up!
