True Vintage Designer Hat

From my vintage collection ladies brown wool felt bowler trilby. Very stylish with peek point to brim designed to sit either straight on central to face or rakishly over one eye. Wide (4cm) brown pettersham hat band with brown netting wrap around tied to back with slight trailing ends. Inside hat band 2cm wide pettersham with hat inside circumference fit 22 inch / 56 cm head size. Hat is late 40’s style so not for hauling down tight on the head but does have a generous safe fitting ( I can comfortably wear it with my hair piled up inside in a bun and the hat neat pulled over my brow and comfortable around back of my hair). It is a designer hat by Sylvia of New York using a pure wool felt hat base by the Bollman hat company, the oldest hat maker company in America.
