Vintage 70s Space Age Pop-Culture JVC 8000 Transistor Radio in Red - New in Box

Collectors Alert! This Vintage AM JVC 8000 Radio is a beauty when it’s brand new like this one is! It has all the paperwork: the warranty card, the instruction book, and a letter to the consumer. Further included are the headphones…unused. The box is included as well, in good condition. The radio itself too is unused. It works beautifully. However, the battery compartment is difficult to open and close. You’ll have to push down and push forward a bit.

An interesting fact about this radio is that it has a built in picture frame adjacent the tuning dial. That’s right, a picture frame. Originally in place of a picture, this comes with calendar placards that fit in the frame, but feel free to put a nice picture of Mom in there! Lol. If you’re a collector, this is one of those “Holy Grail” transistor radios that keep going up in price. If you’re going to get it, get it in unused shape, brand new in the box…it makes the most sense and it shows off beautifully. Proudly display it!
