Selling a vintage cookie jar from Japan. This ceramic cookie jar has a basketweave design on the outside along with raised cookies along with the word "Cookie". The cookies are different colors from the actual jar -- dark brown, light brown and chocolate covered.
The lid has the same basketweave style along with 2 cookies as the knob to the lid.
Measures approximately 6.25" high and 4.75" wide.
Condition: small minor chip or divet on the underside of the rim of the top of the jar. On the lid there are some area of missing glaze or paint -- this area is smooth so not a chip -- see pictures. Some crazing throughout and imperfections in the glaze.
Stamped "Japan" on the bottom.
