This house is in excellent used condition. I think I may have had it in display maybe once or twice. Vintage Lighted Porcelain House-Piglet'sHouse-& resin figurine with Tigger, Pooh, & Piglet singing Christmas carols brand new, never opened but I did notice that Piglet's ear broke off somehow but I'm sure it can easily be glued back on c1998 by Seasonal Specialties. No chips, cracks, or anything broken on the house. Tested & it works. Cute for a Christmas Village Display or even just to display year round. Collectible
