Here is an vintage 11-inch stainless steel Saladmaster electric skillet with a vented lid. The skillet measures 11 inches across the outside top (9.5 inside) and is 2 inches deep (2.25 up to the rim). It is oil filled for even heating and immersible for easy cleaning. The original Saladmaster cord/controller is included.
This skillet works great. It heats up fast and the vent pops up and lets steam out, just as it should. The handles are still dark. There are scratches and marks, and the "cooking guide" sticker on one handle is partially missing.
